These terms govern your use of the ETA Intel network, meaning etaintel.com and the individual titles published under it (together, "ETA Intel", "we", "us", "our"). The network is published by ETA Intel Media Group, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, Dr. H.B. Wiardi Beckmanplein 7, Gorinchem, KvK 85561053, VAT NL004113815B56.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms are written for a business audience. The website is a professional publication aimed at organisations and the people who work for them, not at consumers.

Use of the website

You may read the website and use it for your own professional purposes. You may not use it in any way that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with its operation or security.

You may not, without our written permission: copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract substantial parts of the content or the directories; republish or redistribute the content as your own or as a competing product; use automated means to access the website in a way that places an unreasonable load on it; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

Intellectual property

The content of the website, including text, editorial, trackers, layout, design, and the ETA Intel names and logos, is owned by ETA Intel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Factual information about companies and markets is not owned by anyone. The way we select, structure, verify, and present that information is ours.

Company listings and Verified status

Our directories list companies active in the markets our titles cover, based on publicly available business information. A listing is created by us, not by the company, and does not imply any relationship between the company and ETA Intel.

Verified status means that, at the date shown, we corroborated a company's existence and stated activity against sources we considered reliable. Verified is not a guarantee of current accuracy, not an endorsement, not a certification, and not a rating. It reflects a point-in-time check. The full meaning and limits of Verified are set out in our Disclaimer.

If you represent a company, you can request a correction or removal of its listing through the request path on the company's profile page or at legal@etaintel.com. We assess each request and act on it where appropriate.

Paid products

We offer paid products, which may include Verified listings, Featured placements, sponsored content, newsletter placements, job postings, sponsorship, and advisory work. The specific terms, scope, price, and delivery of a paid product are set out at the point of sale or in a separate agreement. These Terms of Use apply in addition to those.

Paid placements are labelled where they appear. Buying a paid product does not influence our editorial assessment or coverage of a market. Editorial and commercial activity are kept separate.

Where a paid placement gives priority to receive enquiries in a category, that is a matter of position and order. It is not a promise of any number of enquiries or of any outcome.

Advertising and third-party content

The website may contain advertising and content supplied by third parties. Responsibility for the accuracy and lawfulness of third-party content rests with the party that supplied it. We may remove such content at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website, including any listing or feature, at any time.

Liability

We provide the website and its content as described in our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the Netherlands, including liability for intent or gross negligence on our part, and any other liability that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
