The publisher

Ownership and funding.

Who owns this publisher, where the money comes from, and which positions we will not take. A reader assessing our independence should not have to guess at any of it.

01Who owns the publisher

ETA Intel Media Group is an independent trade publisher, founded and led by Demy Rink. It is a sole proprietorship under Dutch law, registered in Gorinchem, NL, under KvK number 85561053 and VAT NL004113815B56. Being founder-led is deliberate: the network runs on a single, consistent editorial vision, with no outside shareholders, investors, or parent company to answer to. That independence is the point. No advertiser, sponsor, or listed company holds a stake in ETA Intel or any say in what its titles cover or how a market is assessed.

02How the titles are funded

ETA Intel is funded through its commercial network, which is kept separate from editorial coverage: advertising and media-kit placements across the titles, directory listings offered as Verified and Featured tiers, sponsored content that is always labelled as such, job postings, and advisory work. Paid placements are labelled and set apart from editorial, so a reader can always tell what was bought from what was judged.

03What we do not hold

We hold no equity in the companies our titles cover. No director or contributor takes a position in a covered company without disclosing it, and where a conflict cannot be managed by disclosure the person is recused.

04What cannot be bought

There are no paid rankings anywhere in the network. Position in a tracker, a tracker reading, or a directory sort order is never for sale, and no vendor compensates us for placement within editorial coverage.

05Separation of commerce and editorial

Advertisers, sponsors, and advisory clients have no sight of coverage before publication and no influence over what is covered or how it is assessed. Where a commercial relationship exists with an organisation under coverage, it is disclosed on the page where that coverage appears.
