Work that starts from the physics or the bill of materials and reaches a conclusion a reader can check. Engineers who have built the thing are the readers we most want writing.

Capacity, lead times, qualification status, and single points of failure. Dry subjects that decide whether a project lands on schedule.

Post-mortems
What went wrong on a programme that slipped or stopped, and what the next one should take from it. Under-reported and disproportionately useful.

Pitch before you write. Send a paragraph on the argument, the evidence behind it, and why now, to editorial@etaintel.com. We reply either way.
Commissioned work is paid. Rates depend on length and the research involved, and are agreed before you start rather than after you deliver.
Every figure needs a source and a development stage. Contributors disclose any financial interest in the organisations they write about, and we will not run a piece whose author has an undisclosed stake in its subject.
We edit for accuracy and clarity, and you see the edited version before it publishes. What we do not do is let a subject of the piece see it first.
